By accessing or using Pep God you acknowledge and agree:

• No doctor-patient, therapist-patient, or any other healthcare-provider relationship is created.
• No information provided constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, prescription, or treatment.
• Pep God does not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional.
• You will not treat any output as personalized medical guidance for yourself or anyone else.

You agree that you will use Pep God strictly to:

• Learn about published research on peptide compounds.
• Review math and concentration calculations as an educational exercise.
• Compare and explore literature-reported dose ranges, mechanisms, and study findings.

You will not use Pep God to make actual treatment decisions, self-prescribe, or guide third parties medically.

You acknowledge that peptide compounds are research chemicals that are generally not approved by the FDA (or equivalent regulators in your jurisdiction) for human use. Any use of such compounds outside this platform — including any decision based in any way on content you encountered here — is entirely your own responsibility. You release Pep God, its operators, contributors, and affiliates from any and all liability arising from any decision you make.

The service is provided "as-is" without warranty of any kind. AI-generated content can be inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete. We make no guarantees about accuracy, completeness, fitness for any particular purpose, or non-infringement.

You confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that accessing peptide research information is legal in your jurisdiction. Possession, sale, or use of certain research compounds may be regulated in your region — you are solely responsible for compliance with all applicable laws.

The Educational Bloodwork Analysis feature is strictly an educational explainer. It identifies markers, explains what each marker measures, notes reference-range comparisons, and surfaces general research associations only. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Every bloodwork analysis must be discussed with a licensed healthcare professional for personalized interpretation.

Subscription and question-pack purchases are processed by Stripe. Question packs (one-time purchases) never expire and stack on top of any subscription quota. Subscriptions can be canceled at any time from the billing portal. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our reasonable discretion.

We store the minimum information required to operate the service (email, hashed password, usage metadata). Chat history is automatically deleted after 30 days. We do not sell personal data.

We may update these terms periodically to reflect platform changes or regulatory developments. Continued use of Pep God after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
